House Of Vans London celebrated one year in Waterloo tunnels this weekend – squeezing in a schedule of live music, workshops, cinema, and a special pro rider edition of Skate Skool!
We kicked off four awesome days of birthday celebrations on Thursday night with an evening of surf inspired pop-rock from our friends Sunset Sons, who enticed the crowd to sing us out with their rendition of ‘Happy Birthday House of Vans’. They were supported by special guests Gengahr, Landshapes and Puma Rosa Music!
When the dust settled we opened our doors again on Saturday with a fun filled family bill of activities, starting with brunch and birthday cake at The Wall SE1. Workshops included Harry Brown’s ever popular poster printing workshop, Feral Magazine’s interactive installation of happy faces and Selfridges rad Braid Bar!
On Sunday finished off an epic weekend with Lovenskate’s screen printing, dub cutting and a special guest Skate Skool teacher – Vans Pro Rider Kris Vile!
